Installing and configuring Roundup with anyDBM.

1. Using the mail gateway to log messages with attachments.

When a message processed by the mail gateway has attachments they are stored in <tracker_home>/db/files/file/<file_id> and <tracker_home>/db/files/msg/<msg_id>. Hash files nodes.issue and nodes.msg are also created. If this is first time that files messages are being created the ownership will be set to daemon.daemon which would be ok except that if there is a need to subsequently delete or edit the files through the web interface, which runs with the "roundup" id, permission will be denied.

My work around is to add "roundup" to the "daemon" group.
